Client: Infosys / Northern Trust

Location: 333 South Wabash Avenue, Chicago, IL 60604 (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Interview: WebEx

Hire Required Skills:

• 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with HRSD specialization
• Hands-on implementation experience with HR Case Management
• Expertise in Employee Center (ESC) and HR Knowledge Management
• Experience configuring Lifecycle Events and Employee Workflows
• Strong knowledge of IntegrationHub and HR system integrations (Workday/SAP SuccessFactors)
• Experience with JavaScript, Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Service Portal
• ServiceNow CSA and CIS-HRSD Certifications
• Strong client-facing communication and leadership skills
