Qualifications:

• Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license
• Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
• Experience working with school-aged children preferred
• Skilled at adapting therapy to meet diverse student needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students from preschool through high school across multiple locations
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address fine motor, sensory, and functional needs
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Document and report student progress, maintaining accurate records
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary educational teams
• Offer strategies and support for classroom participation and access
