Location : Tampa, FL
Salary : 75-80K + 30% Commission
Bonus : Annual, Discretionary
Shift : M-F 8-5 PM EST
PTO : 2 weeks of vacation

Insight Global's client is a global supplier of document finishing and mailing solutions, specializing in booklet makers, labelers, digital die cutters, and paper holding systems.
Job Summary:
This Channel Sales and Business Growth Manager will help shape and grow a developing market for unique, manufacturer-developed technology. This leader will develop sales strategies to expand market reach in these sectors through networking, business development efforts, negotiations, and more.
Must Haves:
- 3-5+ years of industry experience:
- Print, packaging, labeling, or related.
- Knowledge of sales strategies within the digital packaging space.
- 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
- CRM expertise for managing customer interactions and sales data.
- MS Dynamics is strongly preferred.
- Self-start mentality with a "hunter" mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Excellent project management capabilities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive channel development strategies to expand market reach within the digital packaging, label, and finishing sectors.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, market research, and industry networking.
- Drive market awareness and sales growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead negotiations for sales agreements, pricing strategies, and partnership terms to maximize profitability and mutual success.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that promote digital packaging solutions and enhance brand visibility.
- Manage sales pipelines using CRM software such as MS Dynamics to track progress, forecast revenue, and optimize sales activities.
- Oversee project management efforts related to new product launches or customer implementations to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize strategic planning skills to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
