Commercial Insurance Account Executive

About the Role Client Account Executive – Senior Living on the Client Account team. Provide expertise, technical detail, and client service to Producers and clients. Responsibilities Knowledge of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, legislative changes, and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives. Exercise independent decisions relating to client analysis of coverage, recommend coverage needs and suggest new lines of coverage for existing clients as appropriate. Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers. Direct marketing of accounts in collaboration with the Producer and Marketing Team. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related training. Five years of commercial insurance industry experience. Property and casualty insurance license. Strong client relation skills: communication, service orientation, cooperative, tactfulness. Strong organizational skills. Leadership skills: providing direction, constructive feedback, development and training; motivate others to maximize productivity and team morale. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight. Additional Qualifications (Plus) Advanced degree. Certification or designation. Experience with Requests for Proposal. Senior Care Experience. Compensation The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,400 to $172,100. Base pay determined by experience, skills, location, and other factors.
