Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of events ensuring client satisfaction.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodations.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth event operations.
- Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Create detailed event timelines and run sheets to guarantee timely execution of all activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances quickly.
