Customer Service Representative Airport Express Shuttle, Inc. is seeking dedicated and personable Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, playing a vital part in upholding our commitment to exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for helping people, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and efficient. Responsibilities Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat. Assist customers with booking new reservations, amending existing bookings, and processing cancellations. Provide accurate and detailed information regarding our shuttle services, schedules, pricing, and policies. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries with patience and empathy, aiming for first-contact resolution. Liaise effectively with our drivers and dispatch team to coordinate pickups and resolve any logistical challenges. Maintain precise and up-to-date records of customer interactions and transactions in our company database. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and communicate feedback to the management team. Manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality. Qualifications Proven experience in a customer service or a client-facing role is essential. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Proficiency in using computers, with confidence in navigating CRM systems and standard office software. Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home office space. A self-motivated and disciplined approach to working independently in a remote environment. Experience within the travel, transport, or hospitality industry is highly desirable but not required.
