Service Advisor

Specializing in new & used equipment, operator training, equipment rentals, fleet management, service & repair, and complete warehouse solutions, Southern States Material Handling solves problems. As a Service Advisor , you will help grow our service business by advising customers on the best maintenance and repair solutions to improve equipment uptime and performance. You’ll manage a portfolio of existing accounts while identifying new opportunities to expand preventative maintenance agreements and deliver value-added solutions. This role will support customers throughout the Northwest Tampa territory , working closely with existing accounts while developing new business opportunities within the region. The position requires frequent travel within the territory to meet customers onsite and build strong, long-term relationships. Come be a part of our Toyota & Raymond family! Top of the Line Benefits!! 401(k) with company matching Health Insurance Vision Insurance PTO and Vacation Paid Holidays Flexible Spending Account Life Insurance Tuition Reimbursement What You Need Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and presentation skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask Ability to create compelling presentations that motivate customers Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas Strong commitment to customer service Superior attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of industrial powered equipment and material handling industry preferred Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Valid Driver’s License required Schedule Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Travel Up to 90% within assigned territory Physical Requirements Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20 lbs. occasionally and 55 lbs. regularly Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods What You’ll Do Learn Toyota and Raymond processes while gaining strong knowledge of equipment lines and services Identify business opportunities at customer sites and recommend service and maintenance solutions Build and maintain long-term relationships through in-person and virtual interactions Develop tailored proposals by identifying customer pain points and operational needs Present preventative maintenance solutions that improve equipment performance and availability Negotiate service agreements clearly and effectively Develop sales strategies based on customer feedback and market conditions Present all levels of service offerings (SM, PM, EC, TC contracts) to meet monthly goals Collaborate with analytics teams to review contracts and identify growth opportunities Present repair estimates and obtain customer approval Support new equipment deliveries to identify additional service opportunities Grow over-the-counter parts sales by helping customers identify needs (forks, tires, seats, pallet jacks, etc.) Communicate leads to Parts Department for consignment opportunities Generate leads for Solutions, Sales, and Rental departments Document all new revenue in CRM system Meet and track sales targets aligned with company objectives Stay current on industry trends and best practices #J-18808-Ljbffr Southern States Toyotalift
