Sr. Project Manager, Federal PMO

Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven program support project manager to play a critical role in supporting enterprise program management. This position combines deep data analysis with strategic operations support to ensure effective coordination and alignment across high‑priority initiatives. You will lead efforts to gather and analyze complex datasets, transforming them into actionable insights that drive informed decision‑making. In addition to preparing leadership‑facing materials and managing follow‑ups on action items, you will facilitate alignment across stakeholders to maintain program visibility, operational efficiency, and strategic momentum. Responsibilities Drive data collection and analysis of large, complex datasets to generate actionable insights that support decision‑making across key programs. Develop and deliver meeting agendas, generate discussion‑driving content, track outcomes, and ensure timely follow‑up on all action items. Coordinate and prepare presentation materials for weekly client system operations calls, working closely with content owners to ensure accuracy and alignment. Analyze business needs and ensure Oracle solutions align with customer objectives using industry best practices and product knowledge. Adhere to Oracle methodologies and policies while managing contractual obligations to minimize risk and ensure successful delivery. Exercise sound judgment and select appropriate delivery methods for small‑to‑medium‑sized projects, including recovering remedial engagements. Provide direction and mentoring within the program team, influence decisions at the management level, and manage customer expectations. Ensure deliverables meet or exceed standards, and support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and managing project scope to maximize impact. US Hiring Range: $70,600 - $148,300 per year, may be eligible for bonus and equity.
