Remote Acute Care APP (NP/PA) — Telehealth

Remote job

Devoted Health is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for a fully remote telehealth role within the contiguous United States. The provider will conduct acute care visits via Care OnDemand, order and interpret tests, and collaborate with the member’s care team to form comprehensive care plans. Ideal candidates have 3+ years as an APP in acute/urgent settings and hold active RN/APRN or PA licenses. Responsibilities include coordinating with PCPs, using our EHR, and occasional weekend on-call #J-18808-Ljbffr Devoted Health
