Shipping Clerk/Inventory Associate

Weekly performance‑based bonus Regular opportunities for overtime, paid at the corresponding overtime rate Regular pay raises based on performance and experience levels Weekly payroll, every Thursday Holiday pay for company‑recognized holidays DailyPay providing immediate access to earned wages Schedule Monday – Friday Hours 7:15 am – until done Responsibilities Unload, receive, and put away product as part of the Inbound Operations team Select product for individual customer orders as part of the Commissary (KCN) team Build, stage, and load pallet orders on modern forklifts and material handling equipment (MHE) to support the Bulk team Load third‑party and internal delivery trucks Manage inventory in a dynamic environment, including counting product and correcting discrepancies Leverage technology and learn WMS systems to deliver orders using mobile scan guns, MHE, computers, and tablets Maintain a clean workspace and help keep the facility tidy Use Excel and other computer skills (basic navigation) Perform data entry and quality‑assurance tasks such as inspecting products for damage or failed seals Assist with picking and pulling orders Assist with locating and addressing over/under delivery errors Perform other duties as needed to meet business requirements Qualifications High school diploma, GED, or equivalent education and experience Minimum 18 years of age Ability to work well with others in a dynamic, changing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
