Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Speech-Language Pathology license (Louisiana SLP credential required)
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans, setting measurable goals for each student
• Deliver direct and consultative services to students in accordance with their IEPs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to facilitate student progress
• Document therapy services, progress reports, and all required paperwork in a timely manner
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to multidisciplinary teams
