Job Responsibilities Guide the agency's digital marketing strategy and guide the sales team in digital expertise Build and grow your own book of business through new client acquisition Manage multi-channel campaigns from strategy to optimization Be the strategic partner for key clients and turn their goals into results Become an expert in performance data and agency leadership Expertise 5+ years in digital marketing (sales, business development, or fulfillment), with 2+ in a leadership capacity A track record managing multi-channel digital campaigns Google Ads, GA4, or Meta Blueprint certifications are a big plus Publishing group experience is a PLUS Salary Based On Experience -$52,000$58,000 DOE, plus quarterly bonus Full benefits-health, dental, vision, 401(k), EAP, paid holidays, 2 weeks PTO and more.
