Supplemental Health Care is working with a Hospice Care facility in Alpena, Michigan to hire Physical Therapists. Qualifications:

• Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Michigan
• American Heart Association BLS
• At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
• Prior experience in hospice care

Physical Therapist Contract Details:

• $1,980 - $2,146 per week*
• 13-week contract with possibility of extension
• Hospice Care
