An RN Residency with Providence will provide the foundation and support essential to becoming an expert in your specialty. Required Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program. California Registered Nurse License upon hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Graduation from an accredited nursing program and is newly licensed with 12 months of experience or less.
