UKG is hiring a Sr Principal, Sales Incentive Strategy & Operations to lead the design, governance, and execution of global sales compensation programs across HCM, payroll, and SaaS. You’ll align compensation with GTM strategy, drive quota methods, and oversee a team of compensation and revenue-ops professionals. You will partner with Sales, Finance, HR, Legal, and Leadership to ensure plans motivate the right behaviors, support growth, and scale across multiple regions and product motions. #J-18808-Ljbffr UKG
