Scanning Technician

Responsibilities Travel between multiple office locations within the assigned region to support the digitization of sensitive documents. View and handle sensitive content on a daily basis. Follow workload based on location of files requiring scanning. Ensure projects stay on schedule and maintain quality standards. Skills & Qualifications Experience working on large-scale scanning and documentation projects Practice in quality assurance and control Handling of secure documents Knowledge of transferring hard copy data into a digitized format is a plus Excellent documentation and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and team members Ability to manage project timelines effectively Strong problem‑solving skills Reliable transportation and travel within the region Smart phone for communications with the team Must be local to the region Travel & Reimbursement Travel costs: mileage reimbursement provided for travel exceeding 50 miles or 1 hour from home base at $0.70 per mile one way, OR for travel exceeding 100 miles or 2 hours from home base. Job Type & Location Contract position based out of Shreveport, LA, fully onsite. Pay & Benefits Pay range: $18.00 - $18.00 per hour.
