- Greeting & Welcoming: Greet arriving guests promptly with a warm, friendly demeanor.
- Reservation & Waitlist Management: Manage booking systems, track table rotations, and quote accurate wait times during busy shifts.
- Seating Coordination: Escort guests to tables, distribute clean menus, and balance server seating charts.
- Communication: Answer incoming phone calls, handle basic customer inquiries, and coordinate seamlessly with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff.
- Environment Maintenance: Keep the host stand, lobby, and entrance area clean, organized, and welcoming.
