Cognitive Neurologist

A growing neuroscience institute in Michigan is seeking a physician with fellowship training in behavioral neurology or a strong clinical interest in cognitive neurology to join its expanding Alzheimer's and dementia program. This full-time cognitive neurology position offers the ability to practice within a comprehensive and fully integrated model of dementia care, including on-site anti-amyloid therapy infusions and advanced diagnostic capabilities. The role provides strong institutional support for innovation, quality initiatives, and participation in clinical research, ideal for a physician passionate about emerging therapeutics and building coordinated dementia care programs.

- Full time cognitive neurology position within a nationally recognized Alzheimer's program
- One of the largest anti-amyloid therapy programs in Michigan
- Fully integrated diagnostic and infusion infrastructure
- On-site blood based biomarker testing and advanced imaging
- Dedicated Brain Health Navigator (BHN) support model
- Collaborative interdisciplinary team environment
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage patients across the full continuum of cognitive disorders
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team that includes navigators, infusion services, radiology, psychiatry, pharmacy, and primary care partners
- Participate in clinical research and therapeutic innovation
