Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

We're seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a rewarding part-time opportunity supporting K-12 students from August 27, 2026, through June 11, 2027. Qualifications and Preferred Background:

• Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Master’s degree in a related field (required)
• Valid Illinois BCBA license
• Experience working with children and/or children with disabilities
• Prior BCBA experience with school-aged children, especially those with autism, highly valued
• Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, students, and families
• Ability to develop and implement effective behavior intervention plans

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and create individualized behavioral programs for K-12 students
• Collaborate with educational teams to monitor and support student progress
• Train and guide teachers, paraprofessionals, and support staff on behavior interventions
• Track and analyze data to ensure behavior strategies are effective, making necessary adjustments
• Serve as a resource for families in understanding and applying behavioral supports
• Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school and state guidelines
