Sales has been founder-led plus one seller, and they are now hiring several AE's (some to hunt new logo, some to farm existing accounts) to drive growth through targeted (rather than high-volume) prospecting. Reps run their own demos and ramp fully in about three months - this team is looking for hunters and farmers who will ramp quickly, so experience in this space is a huge plus. What You Will Own New logo AE: win mid-market (5 to 15 facilities) or enterprise (15+ facilities) senior living organizations Farming/Expansion AE: grow existing senior living clients into operations-side solutions, opening new stakeholders inside accounts already using their products (CS owns day-to-day client management) Sell resident engagement now, then add the operations AI product when it launches in Q1 2027 Deliver your own product demos Help shape the sales playbook as the team scales What You’ll Need This role is a strong fit for Account Executives who have sold software into senior living operators or operations buyers, whether expanding accounts or winning new ones.
