Scrum MasterLocation: SFO, CA Type of employment: Fulltime Compensation: $110-130KThe scrum master is responsible for the overall functioning of the scrum teams they lead. The scrum master's role is to empower scrum teams so they can iteratively deliver high functioning, quality software. In this role, the scrum master is expected to facilitate intra and inter team communication, maintain team focus during sprinting, remove roadblocks impeding team activities and progress, foster an organic & self-organizing environment, create a shared vision & purpose, monitoring team activities and performing necessary and timely feedback to keep the team on track.In this engagement the successful candidate will be working closely with the Product Owner, subject matter experts, project and program managers, and experienced agile development teams to implement advanced security features in online platform. This is a technical project and the successful candidate should be detailed orientated, understand system-to-systems communication, understand both WEB and mobile development, and have excellent interpersonal skills, and function effectively in changing environments.The successful candidate will:Have 10+ years leadership experience with 5+ years as a scrum master practitionerAdvocate, advise and enable the scrum teamFoster team cohesionEnsure Agile ceremonies are performedEnsure sprint team remains focused on completing tasks and stories on time with minimal rolloverClear roadblocks preventing the sprint team from progressingManage dependencies between sprint team and other impacted teamsReport on sprint team progress and activitiesFoster a team mentality by encouraging participation by all team membersProvide Agile coaching as necessary ClifyX
