ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Customer Service Representative at Paul Gnall's Insurance Agency, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued clients. Your role is to provide exceptional service by assisting customers with their insurance needs, answering inquiries, processing policy changes, and supporting the agency's daily operations. You will help build strong client relationships by delivering knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient service that aligns with State Farm's commitment to customer satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet and assist clients in person, over the phone, and via email with insurance inquiries and service requests.
• Process new policies, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately and efficiently.
• Stay informed about insurance products, company policies, and industry regulations to provide accurate guidance.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating complex matters to management.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Proficiency with computers and common office software
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must pass or have your property and casualty license - course cost is sponsored by the agent
• Must pass your Life and Health exam within 60 of hire - course cost is sponsored by the agent

Compensation: $41,000.00 - $47,000.00 per year
