We're hiring Managers in Training to support our St Joseph location. This is more than a management job. It's a leadership development opportunity designed to prepare high-potential leaders to run their own restaurant.
What You'll Do
- Learn to lead a high-performing restaurant while living our Aloha culture.
- Build, coach, and inspire teams that deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Develop real-world leadership skills in operations, food safety, staffing, inventory, labor management, and financial performance.
- Partner with experienced leaders who will coach and prepare you for promotion to General Manager.
What We're Looking For
- Proven leadership experience in restaurants or hospitality.
- A passion for developing people and creating great team culture.
- Strong work ethic, accountability, and a desire to keep learning.
- Flexibility to train and work throughout the Kansas City markets.
