North Pointe Care Center is seeking compassionate, motivated, and skilled Occupational Therapists (OTs) to join our therapy team on a per diem basis .

Position Details:

Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
Status: Per Diem / As Needed
Pay: $60-$70/hour (based on experience)
Setting: Skilled Nursing / Post-Acute Care

✨ What You'll Do:

Provide high-quality, patient-centered occupational therapy services
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
Focus on improving daily living skills, mobility, and independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

✅ What We're Looking For:

Active California Occupational Therapist license
Strong clinical and evaluation skills
A team-oriented mindset with a positive, flexible attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Passion for working with the geriatric population
