Card Associate (full-time)

Job Title

Summary of Essential Job Functions

• Answer calls related to debit cards
• Troubleshoot card usage errors
• Complete debit card maintenance, as needed
• Assist with card dispute matters, including dispute filing and/or dispute claim updates
• Review reports related to debit card issues

Minimum Requirements

• Prior call center experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Administrative skills
• Phone etiquette and effective communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
