Floating Banker

Banner Bank is seeking a Floating Banker to provide flexible support across branches in the Pacific Northwest. In this role, you’ll perform both teller and personal banker duties, including processing transactions, opening accounts, and supporting consumer lending. You’ll build relationships with clients, identify financial needs, and recommend appropriate products while upholding Banner Bank’s standards of integrity, accuracy, and personalized service. As a key member of a collaborative, community-focused team, you’ll travel between locations as needed and grow your skills through ongoing training and development.
