Columbus, OH / Wilmington, DE – Onsite Domain: Banking Job Description: Experience with functional testingautomation tools (Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Python)and withAPI test automation (Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman) Proficient in all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle Proficient knowledge and experience in the following tools: Gradle, Maven, Git, Bit bucket, JIRA, Confluence, qTest, JMeter/Load Runner Strong knowledge of contact centre operations, digital banking workflows, and backend banking systems. Experience with enterprise tools such as CCaaS, Operations Desktop, and Admin Tools. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to trace defects across multiple systems. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Familiarity with Agile / Scrum methodologies and defect management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, etc.).
