This role gives you ownership of both.We're looking for a Shipping Clerk to support a precision manufacturing operation in Lake Mills, WI. This is more than a pick-and-pack position—you'll coordinate shipments, prepare freight documentation, work with carriers, maintain inventory accuracy, and make sure the right product gets out the door correctly and on time.If you're organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and equally capable at a computer and on the shipping floor, this could be a strong next move.Compensation, Schedule & Benefits$26+/hour, based on experienceMonday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:00 PMMedical, dental, and vision insuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramPaid holidays and PTOStable precision manufacturing environment with continued investment and growthWhat You'll Be DoingCoordinate domestic and international outbound shipmentsPrepare Bills of Lading, packing lists, Certificates of Origin, Export Declarations, and other shipping documentationSchedule and coordinate parcel, LTL/FTL, trucking, and freight shipmentsMaintain UPS and other carrier/shipping systemsPick, stage, and verify parts against customer ordersPackage precision-manufactured products using cartons, crates, skids, and palletsMonitor shipping schedules and proactively expedite priority or past-due ordersInspect and document incoming shipments and help resolve discrepanciesSupport inventory accuracy and cycle-count activitiesLoad and unload trucks and operate material-handling equipment as neededWork with Operations and Planning to resolve scheduling and delivery issuesWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalentStrong computer and accurate data-entry skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilityAbility to prioritize multiple shipments and time-sensitive ordersSound judgment and the ability to work independentlyProfessional communication and a team-oriented attitudeComfortable performing both administrative and hands-on shipping responsibilitiesAbility to stand for extended periods, bend, lift materials, and load/unload freightExperience That Will Make You Stand OutShipping or shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environmentBills of Lading, packing lists, and freight documentationDomestic and international/export shippingUPS, FedEx, or similar carrier systemsLTL and FTL freight coordinationERP, WMS, or shipping softwareForklift and pallet jack operationInventory, picking, staging, and cycle countingCustom crating, skidding, or palletizing of manufactured productsYou don't need to check every box.
