Concierge, Part TimeThe Concierge is responsible for greeting all residents and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.Job duties for this position will include, but are not limited to:Answers the telephone and directs calls as needed, or takes messages, ensuring that no one is left on hold for long periods of time.Ensures that all guests and vendors sign in and out.Maintains a neat, clean appearance of the front desk office area.Helps ensure that needed office supplies are kept on hand or ordered if needed.Assists in the submission of resident maintenance work orders.RequirementsHigh school education or equivalent is required (GED is accepted).Possesses effective communication via the ability to read, write and speak English.Previous experience in customer service environment with active adults/senior adult/senior living preferred.The candidate must be willing to work and interact with active/senior adults.Weekend availability is required.Integrated Real Estate Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Integrated Real Estate Group participates in e-verify for employment authorization verification.
