Back of House Shift Leader

Our leaders are responsible for supporting leadershp iin executing daily operations and keeping team members accountable for each component of Operational Excellence and our Recipe for Service. A Shift Leader's main areas of focus are running a shift while completing tasks so that the restaurant runs effectively, and coaching/developing team members. Shift Leaders lead by example and set the tone that others will follow.

Back of House Shift Leader Responsibilities:

• Organize and efficiently manage and lead the team
• Train and coach team members to effeciently perform their positions
• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable of the assignments for all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Keep the kitchen neat, clean and orderly at all times
• Keep up-to-date with new products rolled out by Chick-fil-A
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training and stay up-to-date on any changes
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Adhere to Chick-fil-A rules and dress code at all times
• Other duties as assigned
