Floyd's Barbershop is seeking a full-time Assistant Shop Lead to join our team in Annapolis, MD. This full-time position offers a great opportunity to step into a leadership role while continuing to work behind the chair. You will play a key role in supporting the shop leader, assisting barbers and stylists in growing their skills in cuts, colors, and shaves, and ensuring smooth shop operations.At Floyd's, we're more than a barbershop-we're a national leader in modern grooming, known for our expert services, strong culture, and top-tier talent.BARBER SHOP ASSISTANT: PAY & PERKSAs an Assistant Shop Leader, you'll start at 45% commission and scale up to 55%! We reward performance weekly, so the more you bring in, the more you take home - simple, fair, and fully in your hands. Our leaders usually take home an average of $32,000 - $100,000/year. As an Assistant Shop Lead, you will partner with the Shop Leader to maintain high standards and provide support to the team. Your daily responsibilities will include mentoring barbers and stylists, assisting with recruiting efforts, and managing essential shop operations such as inventory, purchase orders, and month-end reporting.
