Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Emergency Room setting within a Critical Access Hospital
• Perform Med/Surg nursing duties as required in support of the unit
• Assess, monitor, and respond to patients presenting with emergency and acute care needs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure safe and effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active Kansas or multistate RN license required at time of submission
• Previous Emergency Room experience required
• Previous Med/Surg experience required
• Critical Access Hospital (CAH) experience required
• AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a rural or Critical Access Hospital environment
• Comfort managing a diverse patient population across both ER and Med/Surg settings
