Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with billing questions, policy changes, payments, and everyday insurance needs.
• Deliver exceptional service by making every customer interaction easy and enjoyable.
• Build lasting relationships with our existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to improve customers' coverage and connect them with the right insurance solutions.
• Cross-sell additional products that provide value to customers while earning commission.
• Work alongside a supportive team to ensure every client receives outstanding service.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
