Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience as a school-based OT or related pediatric settings
  • Proficiency managing a diverse K–12 caseload
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with students, staff, and families
  • Self-starter attitude and adaptability to an itinerant role, traveling between multiple campuses as required
  • Commitment to compassionate, student-centered care

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting assessments and developing individualized intervention plans
  • Delivering direct therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals
  • Collaborating with teachers, special education teams, and families to optimize student outcomes
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting interventions to meet changing needs
