Make outbound calls to connect with prospects and set appointments Work daily leads provided by our marketing team (plus follow-up your pipeline) Ask great questions, uncover needs, and educate clients with confidence Present customized coverage options that fit lifestyle + budget Handle objections, ask for the business, close the deal Document activity and follow the process (so nothing falls through the cracks) Collaborate with the team and contribute to a high-performance culture Have a can do, no excuse attitude! Requirements What Are We Looking For? Licensed in Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health (or willing to obtain!)
