This outpatient clinic provides specialized endocrinology services in a structured on-site environment with dedicated support staff, including nurses and medical assistants. The facility maintains established clinical protocols to support coordinated endocrine care delivery for an adult patient population. No APP coverage is included in the current staffing model.

The state offers access to outdoor recreation, including hiking, kayaking, and year-round nature activities. Cultural and community activities are available throughout the region, including local markets featuring regional food and handmade goods, as well as arts and wildlife destinations. Clinicians on assignment may explore the surrounding area for a range of recreational and cultural opportunities.

The endocrinologist will provide clinic-based endocrinology services Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, managing an average of 15 patients per day. Clinical responsibilities include the evaluation and management of general endocrinology cases, including complex presentations, for an adult patient population. Experience with gender-affirming hormone therapy is preferred, though not required. No call responsibilities are associated with this assignment, and board certification in Endocrinology is required.
