Site Lead

Site Lead – Clinical Packaging & Labelling We're partnering with a leading global provider of clinical trial supply and patient access solutions to recruit a Site Lead for their clinical packaging and labelling facility in Raleigh, NC. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with hands-on experience in clinical packaging, labelling or GMP warehouse operations who enjoys leading from the front. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring production activities are completed safely, efficiently and in full compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. This is a highly visible role where you'll supervise operational teams, drive continuous improvement and play a key part in delivering critical medicines to patients around the world. What you'll be doing Lead and supervise the daily operations of a GMP clinical packaging and labelling facility. Manage warehouse, packaging and labelling activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. Coach, mentor and develop production and warehouse personnel. Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs and all quality standards. Monitor productivity, workflow and resource planning across the site. Work closely with Quality, Supply Chain, Project Management and Customer Services to ensure seamless project execution. Support investigations, deviations, CAPAs and change controls where required. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve efficiency, quality and operational performance. Ensure a strong culture of safety, compliance and accountability across the site. What we're looking for Experience supervising or leading teams within a clinical packaging, clinical labelling or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of GMP and regulated pharmaceutical operations. Experience working within warehouse, packaging or production environments supporting clinical trials or pharmaceutical products. Proven ability to motivate teams and manage day-to-day operational performance. Comfortable working cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain and Project teams. Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills. Experience supporting audits, inspections or quality investigations would be advantageous.
