Machine Operator – Cell B

Location: Vandalia, OH
Pay: $16.25/hour
Shift: 3rd Shift, 12:00 AM–8:00 AM

Job Summary

We are seeking a Machine Operator – Cell B to operate specialized production equipment in a manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for maintaining quality and productivity while safely and accurately operating assigned machinery.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor various machines and equipment according to specifications.
Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to maintain machine performance.
Identify and report equipment issues or malfunctions.
Follow all established safety procedures.
Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly production goals.
Maintain required production records and documentation.

Qualifications

1–2 years of machine operator or similar manufacturing experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and operating manuals.
Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Working Conditions

Climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
Exposure to noise, vibrations, and repetitive motions.
Safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots required.
