Paramount Legal is growing — and we are seeking an experienced Legal Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for candidates with 1–3 years of legal recruiting experience , either within a law firm or a staffing agency environment. At Paramount Legal, we are not about volume. We are about quality over quantity . We take pride in thoughtfully matching qualified legal professionals with the right firm culture, leadership, and long-term opportunity. We partner closely with our clients to understand their needs — and we guide candidates strategically as they grow their careers. We are seeking someone who: Has experience sourcing and placing legal professionals Understands the legal community and its nuances Values relationships over transactions Communicates with professionalism and discretion Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment Is motivated, organized, and relationship-driven This is a fully remote opportunity , and candidates may reside in: Georgia, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina, Florida, or Texas.
