ROLE DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active Property and Casualty License (required)
• Reside in Florida (preferred)
• Positive Outlook & Disposition
• Coachable and Eager to Learn
• Willingness to Learn New Programs and Processes
• Reliable
• Outbound sales: 1 year (Required)
• State Farm, Allstate, Farmers, Geico, AAA, or Geico: 1 year (Required)
• P&C or Personal lines License (Required)

Experience

Active Property and Casualty License (required)
Allstate, State Farm or Farmers sales experience (preferred)
1+ years experience in the insurance industry (preferred)
