Real Estate Analyst Position
Bachelor in Real Estate; and 1-year experience as a Real Estate Analyst.
Duties:
- Screen real estate investment deals per the company's investment criteria.
- Evaluate potential land development/hotel/shopping mall/office building acquisition opportunities by creating complex financial models.
- Compile and perform due diligence.
- Recommend investment by preparing internal investment memorandums.
- Prepare investment presentations for the management.
