Wuest IFS is looking for motivated Retail Sales Closers to join our team. You'll work directly with customers in our store, learn our products, understand what each customer is looking for, and guide them toward the right purchase.

What You'll Do

As a Retail Sales Closer, you'll manage the customer experience from the first conversation through the final sale.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcome and engage customers as they enter the store.

• Ask questions to understand customer needs, preferences, and budget.

• Learn our products and confidently explain features, benefits, and options.

• Provide product demonstrations and personalized recommendations.

• Build trust and create a positive customer experience.

• Address questions and objections professionally.

• Guide customers through the purchasing process and close sales.

• Follow up with customers when appropriate to support the sales process.

• Work with teammates to achieve individual and store sales goals.

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales floor.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Base Salary + Commission

Expected earning potential: $60,000–$200,000 annually
