Come join us!We are currently seeking experienced, dependable, energetic, and friendly licensed massage therapists to join our professional staff on a full time or part time basis in beautiful Porter Ranch. We offer flexible days and hours, including weekends and evenings to work around your schedule.Certified Massage Therapists we hire must possess excellent technical skills, with a dedication to massage therapy and the highest professionalism. We are selective and as a result, our massage therapists are amongst the best in their field. We provide an ongoing training program, uniforms, linen and supplies and a steady stream of clientele. We respect your craft and put you in a position to focus on healing rather than running a business.LMT applicants must be certified by the CAMTC, with a minimum of 500 hours of massage training, at least two years work experience as a massage therapist in a spa setting and should currently have insurance. Proficiency in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Hot Stone massage required. Massage proficiency in Oncology, Geriatric, Pre-natal, and other recognized modalities a plus. Must be experienced with assessing client needs and recommending treatments. Must be comfortable working on up to a maximum of five clients per day, no more than three in a row, with breaks respected. We are concerned about your wellness too.Compensation is a percentage of each total service performed, with an hourly rate when not engaged, all gratuities, monthly bonus incentives, paid leave and free monthly massage. We offer employer subsidized medical insurance for full time (30 hrs/wk) employees. We offer an array of commissionable upgraded services like cupping, hot and Himalayan salt stones to add to our client's relaxation. All in with tips, you should earn between $40 to $60 per massage hour or more and as we mentioned, we are busy. Ours is a family business and we treat you as such.
