Take the next step in your speech-language pathology career by providing essential services to students from 3K through 12th grade in a dynamic school environment near Chesterfield, SC! This full-time contract opportunity runs from July 22, 2026, through May 28, 2027, and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact across a diverse group of learners with varying ability levels. Workdays are Monday through Friday, with a schedule of 37-40 hours per week. Students are located throughout the region, including the areas of Pageland, Chesterfield, Cheraw, Jefferson, and McBee.

Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure/eligibility as an SLP (CCC or CFY candidates encouraged to apply)
• Previous experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is a plus
• Strong skill set in screening, evaluating, and treating students with communication disorders
• Experience developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Proficient in collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, families, and educators
• Ability to manage a flexible caseload of varied ages and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy across multiple school sites
• Conduct comprehensive speech and language screenings and assessments
• Create, write, and update IEPs for eligible students
• Provide progress reports and participate in IEP meetings
• Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to optimize student outcomes
• Travel to assigned schools within the Chesterfield region as needed
