Key Responsibilities

Assist the General Manager with daily restaurant operations
Train, coach, and motivate crew members to uphold company standards
Ensure outstanding customer satisfaction through quality service
Monitor food preparation and maintain health and safety compliance
Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
Support inventory control, ordering, and managing food and labor costs
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized restaurant environment
Open and close the restaurant as needed
Lead by example with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Qualifications & Skills

Previous supervisory experience in restaurant or retail preferred
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
Strong problem-solving abilities
Flexible schedule availability
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Passion for customer service and team development
