Our gymnastics program includes classes ranging from Parent/Tot through High School and Competitive Team. We are currently seeking qualified individuals to help coach our competitive gymnastics team. The "Spirits" competitive team is comprised of USAG levels 2-10 and all Xcel levels. Team members work on developing skills, conditioning, and dance and offer opportunities for growth in a safe, enthusiastic and motivating environment. We have multiple positions available at a variety of team levels.
REQUIREMENTS:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Knowledge of gymnastics skills and rules and safety awareness are required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to effectively interact with gymnasts, parents, and staff members.
- Personal experience as a gymnast, background in Y sports philosophy, and experience teaching or coaching at individual or group levels are beneficial.
- Strong leadership abilities and the capability to motivate and inspire gymnasts.
CERTIFICATIONS:
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification within 60 days of hire.
