Job Summary As a Registered Nurse, you will deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care, collaborate with providers and the care team, adhere to nursing models such as "Assess, Perform, Teach, and Manage," and advocate for patients, families and caregivers. Responsibilities Assess patient condition during admission and each scheduled shift, promptly identifying and reporting changes in status. Perform procedures, monitoring or other functions as ordered, and ensure thorough, timely documentation. Administer prescribed medications, monitor therapeutic response and take appropriate action for unintended reactions. Respond promptly to patient requests, proactively anticipate needs, and resolve them. Educate patients, families and caregivers about the medical condition, treatment plan, medications, possible side effects and follow‑up measures, ensuring complete understanding. Qualifications No experience required – training available. Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment. Licensed Registered Nurse (RN). Registered Nurse Diploma.
