Entry Level Inside Sales ProfessionalThe Federal Savings Bank is hiring an entry level inside sales professional to develop as a Mortgage Banker for our Scottsdale, AZ sales team. We seek enthusiastic individuals ready to begin a career in the mortgage industry! This position is a full-time, entry level position with paid, on-the-job training that fast tracks you to a promotion in just six months! This position is fully in-office. All applicants must be able to commute to our Scottsdale office.Key Responsibilities:Utilizing a dialer to make outbound phone calls to warm leadsSupport a top producing Senior Vice President with lead generation and follow upLearn and apply critical sales techniques through hands-on sales coaching from the BEST training team in the mortgage industry!Managing leads in our CRMProvide fantastic customer service to bankers, clients, and referral sourcesConsistently exceed borrower expectations. Always giving "Wow" service!Follow the training plan and advance to a mortgage banker roleRequirements:High school degree or GED required, 2-4 year college degree preferredExperience in sales - retail, hospitality, and food & beverage industries. Experience in a call-center environment is a plus!Must live in the Scottsdale, AZ area with the ability to commute to the office five days a weekMust be very comfortable working on a computer while being on the phoneFriendly, outgoing personality accompanied by a naturally high sales acumenExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat work ethicMovers and shakers preferred.
