Job Title: Reach Truck Operator
Location: Grantsville, Utah
Reports To: Warehouse Supervisor/Manager
Pay Rate: First shift $25, Second shift 27.50, and third shift 28.75

Position Overview:
The Reach Truck Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating a reach truck to support warehouse processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork while meeting the operational needs of the facility in Grantsville, Utah.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a reach truck to load, unload, move, and stack materials within the warehouse.
• Ensure the correct handling and placement of products based on established protocols.
• Perform routine reach truck safety inspections and promptly report any maintenance needs.
• Participate in inventory management tasks, including cycle counting.
• Adhere to all workplace safety programs, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
• Assist colleagues and other departments as required.
• Keep designated work areas clean and organized.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid Reach Truck Certification/license required.
• At least one (1) year of reach truck operation experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or manufacturing facility.
• Commitment to safety and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements and standing for prolonged periods.
• Basic data entry skills or experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including possible evenings or weekends, based on business needs.

Work Environment:
The position will be based in a warehouse setting in Grantsville, Utah. The environment may vary in temperature and involve moderate to loud noise levels. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) will be provided and must be worn as required.
