This position is located in Fulton, MD and does require some travel to customer sites as needed.What You Will DoPerform full life cycle systems engineering tasks including system requirements analysis, definition, architecture design, trade studies, integration, verification and validation (IV&V).Work as a team member in the development of new mathematical algorithms for software products.Provide engineering expertise in the area of complex mathematics, design analysis, modeling and simulation, system performance testing.Serve as Technical Leader of small to medium engineering development teamsSome travelQualifications You Must HaveExperience as a Systems Analyst/System Engineer in the Aerospace and Defense industryWorking knowledge of developing system models and simulations, and developing complex algorithmic solutions in a tool such as MATLABThe ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
